Feeding method of weightless feeding machine

The loss in weight feeder controls the feed volume by weighing the weight of the whole feeder, hopper and hopper, as shown in Figure 1. By controlling the speed of the feeding device, we can get a weight loss per unit time equal to the feed speed. As a compact part of the weightlessness feeding process, it is necessary to add materials to the weighed hopper. This kind of feeding is needed in various pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. These production processes include continuous extrusion (thermal and wet granulation extrusion), continuous direct compression and continuous wet granulation.

Loss in weight feeder machine. Manual or automatic feeding can be used. The manual way means that the device operator will put a certain amount of loose material into the feeder hopper, and then the production process will continue. The automatic way means that the feeding device under the control of the feeding system adds materials to the feeder hopper from the upstream feed source.
